Each chapter is responsible for its own organization, membership, election of officers, and By-laws. Each chapter must submit its Bylaws to the Coordinating Committee for approval. Each chapter participates in the election of the Regional Representative to the Coordinating Committee.

Chapters consist of the following officers: President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, and Treasurer. Additional officers may be elected as the individual Chapters deem necessary.  Click on each region to locate a chapter in your area.
